EYES WIDE OPEN POLICY - Parties

If you have decided to have your party with RoLA DSCo then we would ask you to make sure that all participants that you have

invited are aware of the inherent risks with this type of activity and if under 16 years old that you have THOUROUGHLY informed

their Parents or Guardians of the type of activity that they will be undertaking at one of our events. You can pass this document

on to them, ask them to read and sign for it or whatever you need to do to make sure they are informed and that they or their

parents / guardians AGREE completely with this policy. If they do not then PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM SKATE!

Roller skating can be a dangerous activity, skaters can easily fall and hurt themselves, we offer the FREE use of pads at our events,

but we cannot be responsible for putting them on to you or your children and making sure they stay on. We cannot give skating

LESSONS during the events as it requires our focus to be taken away from the room. It is also very possible that other skaters

using the facility could fall and cause further accidents that you can become involved in. We take all reasonable measures to

control the environment and the actions of all skaters on and off the skating area, BUT we cannot guarantee that accidents will nt

happen or be held responsible for any injuries that occur during these events. If you DO NOT AGREE with this policy PLEASE DO

NOT SKATE!
